Delivery Information

At Fairy Queen, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our delivery options:

• Standard Delivery (UK): £9.90 Flat Fee delivery via Royal Mail Tracked. If the product is in stock we aim to process and deliver orders within 5 days. If the item is bespoke or a special order please contact us for delivery and turn around information.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, here’s how our returns process works:

• Ready-to-Wear Items: You can return unworn, unwashed, and unused items within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund or exchange as long as the lanyards and tags remain in place.
• Bespoke and Custom-Made Dresses: These items are non-returnable unless there is an issue with the fit or craftsmanship.
• Faulty or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a free return and issue a refund or exchange.
• Return Process: To return an item, please email us at [shop@fairyqueen.co.uk] to request a return authorisation. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Refunds: Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund within 10–14 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
